I document the full cleaning process and provide photos and videos after each service so you can see the results for yourself—especially helpful for Airbnb hosts, property managers, and clients who may not be present during the cleaning.

Estimates & Walkthroughs

To provide accurate pricing, an initial walkthrough is required. This may be completed in person or through clear photos and videos of the space. This allows me to give you a fair and transparent estimate before your first cleaning.

Booking & Service Agreement

All clients are required to review and sign a service agreement prior to the initial cleaning. This agreement outlines expectations, policies, and service details to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both parties.

An $85 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward your service and confirms your appointment.
